Le cardinal Velasio De Paolis, C.S., délégué pontifical qui a guidé la congrégation des Légionnaires du Christ et le mouvement Regnum Christi pendant la période de renouveau toujours en cours, est décédé le 9 septembre au matin à Rome, à l’âge de 81 ans, après trois mois de lutte contre le cancer.
